The first time it's a burger to get on but it's super comfortable! My only complaint is how the right leg rides up a little bit. I'm 5'7" & 210 lbs & bought a L-XL. True to size. Perfect fit. Thin, light material. Very flexible. Easy to sit, squat & bend with ease. A wonderful addition to be able to unzip the crotch to use the bathroom.

Last pic is of me before. I have a square shape is snatches me ups. I have a lot of loose skin from losing weight. I am 5’4 180lb. I use to weight 230lb but have a lot of lose skin and need compression. And I usually wear size L fajas. People usually say don’t size down but I did with this one. It is very nice and soft in the boobs and butt area but very good product.
This product covers EVERYTHING! It is so good! It really sucks you up. I put on pants so you can see there is no crease. It does not roll up. It stays in place. You can even tighten the shoulders. I look great in it. For reference I am 5’3 & 190lbs I GOT A LARGE AND IT FITS GREAT
